Semi-private training is basically a group workout supervised by a trainer. What makes this training so special is that it allows you to interact with your peers and get motivated along the way. While a personal training session might be more suitable for some people who like to work out alone, semi-private training is beneficial for those who are more comfortable working in groups.
This type of training gives you an opportunity to make some amazing relationships while you all work toward your individual fitness goals. Making friends in your fitness journey will make you feel more motivated and welcomed and keep you accountable for your workout. With more people working towards similar goals, you are more likely to push yourself harder.
Working out together doesn’t have to mean adjusting to an exercise regime that suits the group and not you. While you may be working out together, our trainers will provide the individual attention you require. Semi private training model at Elevation Fitness ensures that the group is small enough so that the trainer can track your performance in detail.
